Program Infomation
Courses Requirements:Graduate students are required to complete 30 units coursework, a thesis research project or design and an oral defense administered by a panel of faculty. With the Graduate Coordinator's approval, students will be expected to select their elective units in one of the following areas of study: Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Bridge and Tunnel Engineering.
The Master course consists of three semesters. There are 28 courses in this major, including 2 public courses, 5 basic theoretical courses, 21 elective courses. According to overseas students’ needs, in order to intensify Chinese education, it is proper to have more Chinese optional courses.
Other Requirements:
1. Graduate students are required to take the Practical Training more than 240 hours in firms or laboratory
2. 1 Journal/ Conference Article or project design
